Yes, for many people, virtual therapy is just as effective and often more convenient. You can access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Do you only work with people who’ve experienced trauma?

Not at all. While I specialize in trauma, I also support clients navigating grief, life transitions, identity shifts, and day-to-day overwhelm.

What if I’ve never done therapy before?

That’s completely okay — many of my clients are new to therapy. I’ll walk you through everything step-by-step and make sure you feel safe, informed, and supported from the start.

Do you offer free consultations?
